Rīgas termoelektrocentrāle ir jaunuzcelta elektroapakšstacija, kas nodrošina ūdens sildīšanu un pievadi Rīgas dzīvokļu centrālapkures sistēmai. Lai nodrošinātu ūdensnecaurlaidību betona krātuvei, kas paredzēta, lai sausumā uzglabātu apkures procesam nepieciešamo koka šķeldu, tika izmantoti 1080 kg Xypex Admix. Priekšroka tika dota tieši Xypex, nevis sākotnēji paredzētajiem bitumena produktiem.
