The wastewater treatment plant at Cervecería Águila in Barranquilla, Colombia, encountered significant leaks in its treatment tank shortly after commissioning. The severity of these leaks was exacerbated by the corrosive nature of the leachates and chemicals present in the brewery's wastewater, threatening the tank’s structural integrity. 

During the construction of Clínica Imbanaco, one of Cali's largest hospitals and a recipient of the prestigious ECRI Health Technology Excellence Award, an effective waterproofing solution was essential for the multi-level basement, located in an area with a high water table.

A waterproofing project for a paint product settling tank was successfully completed in Marijampolė. This concrete tank is designed for the collection and storage of paints, solvents, and other liquid materials; therefore, it was essential to ensure maximum resistance to aggressive chemical exposure.

The compressor room at the LIDL Logistics Center is a key facility whose reliability directly affects the safety of equipment operation and continuous performance. Extremely high waterproofing requirements were set for this space due to challenging operating conditions: the concrete is constantly exposed not only to moisture but also to oils, greases, and other contaminants. 

A drinking water tank with an area of approximately 2,000 m² was successfully waterproofed using XYPEX Concentrate crystalline waterproofing. The goal of this project was to provide long-term protection of the concrete structure against water infiltration, ensuring the tank remained completely safe for contact with drinking water.
