    The construction schedule required a permanent waterproofing solution that could be integrated directly into the concrete without additional installation steps or sequencing impacts. The project demanded durable protection of structural concrete elements to support long term performance while maintaining construction efficiency.

    Xypex Admix C-500 NF crystalline waterproofing admixture was specified and incorporated into the concrete at the time of batching. Crystalline technology reacts with moisture and cement hydration by-products to form insoluble crystals that reduce concrete permeability and provide permanent waterproofing. The integral approach supported construction efficiency while delivering durable, low maintenance protection for residential concrete structure.
