All Seasons Place

Bangkok All Seasons Place, located in the heart of central business district in Bangkok, is a major complex of office buildings, hotel (Conrad), serviced apartments, shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes. Xypex products were used on foundation walls, slabs, water and STP tanks throughout phase 4 of this hotel and office complex.

Rattanakosin Wastewater Treatment Plant

Banglampoo Xypex Concentrate was used on 30,000 m² of concrete to prevent leakage in this new wastewater treatment plant.

Richi Court Building

Bangkok The foundation walls and the roof water tank of this new building in Bangkok were treated with a two-coat application of Xypex products. Total area treated was 3,000 m² (32,300 sq. ft.).
