    The underground structure was waterproofed with Xypex. Nekap was responsible for the waterproofing of the underground structure, which included the use of 24,000 kg of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF and Manorteq Static Waterbars as part of the waterproofing system, along with waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. Nekap provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
