    Taiwan

    Situated in the picturesque Sun Moon Lake Scenic Area in Taiwan, Hotel Beore is a boutique retreat that artfully combines natural inspiration with architectural elegance. Construction began in January 2021, and after nearly three years of dedicated craftsmanship, the hotel officially opened its doors in October 2023.
  • PACCAR Cab Storage Facility Expansion

    Sainte-Thérèse, QC, Canada

    PACCAR, a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty trucks, expanded its Sainte-Thérèse facility to increase storage capacity for finished cab units. The new addition required durable, watertight concrete construction to protect sensitive industrial components and maintain efficient operations throughout the year. 
  • Sea La Vie Hotel

    Sarandë, Ksamil, Albania

    The Ksamil project is a 4-story hotel with a basement (1200 m²), built very close to the sea. During excavation, salty water was encountered at only 1 m depth, with a foundation 5.5 m below sea level.
  • Hankook Tire Manufacturing Facility – Mat Slab and Foundation

    Clarksville, USA

    The expansion of Hankook Tire’s 2.2 million sq. ft. (≈204,400m²) manufacturing campus in Clarksville, Tennessee, required deep mat foundations capable of supporting heavy industrial loads and continuous vibration from tire production equipment.
  • Xiangyang Sen De Run Su Ling Ting Residence

    Xiangyang, China

    The Xiangyang Sen De Run Su Ling Ting Residence Project is located in the core development zone of Dongjin New District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. It is the first high-end residential benchmark project in the region developed under the concept of a “Fourth-Generation Residence.”
  • Renovation and Upgrading of the Bardy pool

    Quebec, Canada

    The Réfection et mise aux normes de la piscine Bardy (Rehabilitation and standard’s upgrade) project in Québec aimed to modernize and upgrade the existing municipal pool to meet current safety, hygiene, and accessibility standards. A key challenge was ensuring the long-term waterproofing and protection of the concrete structure, which was exposed to constant water and chemicals. To address this issue, Xypex Admix C-500 was added directly to the concrete mix during the batching process.

    The City of Laval is revitalizing Couvrette Park to enhance recreational offerings and strengthen community infrastructure. The redevelopment plan includes the construction of a multifunctional chalet for all four seasons and modern aquatic facilities, creating a contemporary and accessible space for residents.
  • Mimar Sinan 4-Storey Underground Parkade

    Üsküdar, Turkey

    The Mimar Sinan Underground Parkade, completed in 2023 as an initiative of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, lies beneath the newly developed Mimar Sinan Square in Istanbul’s historic Üsküdar district. Extending over four underground levels and accommodating up to 956 vehicles, this facilitydirectly addresses long-standing parking shortages, eases local traffic congestion, and bolsters urban infrastructure.
  • Promenade Samuel-de- Champlain Phase 3

    Quebec City, Canada

    As part of the Phase 3 redevelopment of the Promenade Samuel-De Champlain Phase 3 along the St. Lawrence River, the Beach Station features a public swimming pool designed to reconnect the community with its waterfront heritage. To meet the high-performance expectations, Groupe Deric SIÈGE SOCIAL, the appointed contractor, strategically selected Xypex Concentrate for the construction and integral waterproofing of the swimming pool.
  • Pointe-Benson Park Below Grade Tank

    Lévis, Canada

    The Pointe-Benson Park Below Grade Tank in Lévis, Quebec, used Xypex Admix C-500—a crystalline waterproofing admixture—instead of traditional membranes for enhanced durability in the region’s freeze-thaw climate. Completed in December 2023, the project, led by Les Constructions Bé-Con Inc. and designed by Circum Architecture.
