The UPOV Zaprešić project involved the construction of new wastewater treatment and collection structures that required reliable performance under continuous exposure to wastewater, moisture, and aggressive environmental conditions.

The redevelopment of the historic Arnulfpost site into the Google Campus Germany required a comprehensive waterproofing strategy for a large-scale, water impermeable underground structure, including a new parking garage and rehabilitation of protected historic buildings. 

Evergreen Apartment is an exclusive luxury multi-story residential development located in Kiyovu, one of Kigali’s premium neighbourhoods near the city center. The project includes a G+5 structure with a basement, swimming pool, wet areas, and a basement footprint of approximately 1,040 square meters.

The Tersane Istanbul Rixos Overwater Pool, located at the Golden Horn in Istanbul, represents Turkey's first floating pool application and a pioneering engineering achievement. 

Plaza Roztyly is a modern office building located in Prague 11, adjacent to the Roztyly metro station on line C. Completed in March 2024, it offers approximately 21,700 square meters of office space across seven floors, along with 1,600 square meters of retail space on the ground floor. 

The Čtvrť Emila Kolbena project is a significant urban development in Prague's Vysočany district, transforming a formerly industrial area into a modern residential and commercial space. 

The Tesla Hloubětín multifunctional complex, which situated in the rapidly expanding neighborhood of Prague, is a versatile haven of amenities. Conveniently located near tram stops on Poděbradská Street and a mere 3-minute journey from the metro B - Hloubětín station, it offers accessibility and connectivity.

The Gotthardská Residence in Prague, Czechia is a four-story residential building located in an exclusive area near the Prague Castle, offering a harmonious blend of historical preservation and modern urban living. 

A one-year-old concrete parking lot, constructed one level below ground, was experiencing water ingress at the construction joints. After rainfall, the joints became consistently damp, indicating moisture penetration.

Active water leaks were identified within the concrete structures of the swimming pool technical room. Initial attempts to resolve the issue using injection methods proved ineffective and did not provide a durable solution.
