    The Mimar Sinan Underground Parkade, completed in 2023 as an initiative of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, lies beneath the newly developed Mimar Sinan Square in Istanbul’s historic Üsküdar district. Extending over four underground levels and accommodating up to 956 vehicles, this facilitydirectly addresses long-standing parking shortages, eases local traffic congestion, and bolsters urban infrastructure.
  • Promenade Samuel-de- Champlain Phase 3

    Quebec City, Canada

    As part of the Phase 3 redevelopment of the Promenade Samuel-De Champlain Phase 3 along the St. Lawrence River, the Beach Station features a public swimming pool designed to reconnect the community with its waterfront heritage. To meet the high-performance expectations, Groupe Deric SIÈGE SOCIAL, the appointed contractor, strategically selected Xypex Concentrate for the construction and integral waterproofing of the swimming pool.
  • Pointe-Benson Park Below Grade Tank

    Lévis, Canada

    The Pointe-Benson Park Below Grade Tank in Lévis, Quebec, used Xypex Admix C-500—a crystalline waterproofing admixture—instead of traditional membranes for enhanced durability in the region’s freeze-thaw climate. Completed in December 2023, the project, led by Les Constructions Bé-Con Inc. and designed by Circum Architecture.

    Tunis, Tunisia

    The Belvédère Municipal Swimming Pool in Tunis, Tunisia, underwent a significant renovation in 2024, blending modern infrastructure improvements with the preservation of a historic landmark. Owned by the Tunis Municipality and supervised by the General Directorate of Military Engineering, the project brought together an expert engineering team comprising consulting engineers Mr. Fredj and Mr. Adel Maatouk, Bicotec Ingénierie under the leadership of Rachid Nouri, and BIAT & Veritas Tunisia.
  • Lascelles Wharf Facility Upgrade

    Geelong, Australia

    In 1995, the Lascelles Wharf facility in Geelong, Australia, underwent an upgrade to address the degradation of its existing structures. The facility replaced these elements with durable slabs designed to withstand the conditions of a high-wear, chemically aggressive marine environment. The design mix for these slabs incorporated Xypex Admix C-Series to meet the project’s requirements, ensuring strength, durability, and water impermeability.

    Lagos, Nigeria

    In 2018, Covenant University in Lagos, Nigeria, undertook a significant waterproofing and concrete protection project involving two mathematics halls and a hall of residence.     In 2023, the Eko Atlantic project in Lagos, Nigeria, focused on the waterproofing of a concrete water tank, with Lymex Ltd as the contractor. The project aimed to enhance environmental protection, reduce material costs, and extend the service life of the water tank. Utilizing Xypex Concentrate and Xypex Patch'n Plug, the project achieved significant improvements in waterproofing, sustainability, and longevity.
  • Yodobashi Umeda Tower

    Osaka, Japan

    The Yodobashi Umeda Tower project in Osaka, Japan, is a significant investment in retail, entertainment, and urban development. It aims to create an engaging destination while boosting the economic and cultural vitality of Osaka's Umeda district. The tower stands 149.9 meters tall with 35 above-ground stories, housing commercial facilities on the lower levels and the Hanshin-Hankyu Hotel above. Additionally, it features four levels of underground parking.
  • Address East Compound

    New Cairo, Egypt

    For the Address East Compound project in New Cairo, Egypt, owned by Dorra Group, Shield for Specialized Constructions executed the waterproofing, using specifications and materials supplied by Beton, the Xypex agent in Egypt.
