Plaza Roztyly is a modern office building located in Prague 11, adjacent to the Roztyly metro station on line C. Completed in March 2024, it offers approximately 21,700 square meters of office space across seven floors, along with 1,600 square meters of retail space on the ground floor. 

The Čtvrť Emila Kolbena project is a significant urban development in Prague's Vysočany district, transforming a formerly industrial area into a modern residential and commercial space. 

The Tesla Hloubětín multifunctional complex, which situated in the rapidly expanding neighborhood of Prague, is a versatile haven of amenities. Conveniently located near tram stops on Poděbradská Street and a mere 3-minute journey from the metro B - Hloubětín station, it offers accessibility and connectivity.

The Gotthardská Residence in Prague, Czechia is a four-story residential building located in an exclusive area near the Prague Castle, offering a harmonious blend of historical preservation and modern urban living. 

A one-year-old concrete parking lot, constructed one level below ground, was experiencing water ingress at the construction joints. After rainfall, the joints became consistently damp, indicating moisture penetration.

Active water leaks were identified within the concrete structures of the swimming pool technical room. Initial attempts to resolve the issue using injection methods proved ineffective and did not provide a durable solution.

During construction phase, Xypex Admix was used in the concrete to waterproof the foundation slab, providing reliable protection against moisture. The walls and other parts of the basement were waterproofed using other methods. 

Waterproofing a basement is always a complex undertaking. Xypex provides advanced materials that effectively eliminate leakage issues and ensure long-term protection. 

After a thorough inspection, water seepage was identified beneath the tiles and plaster in the basement. 

The basement was repaired and protected against water ingress using Xypex Concentrate and Xypex Patch’n Plug.
