General Construction-Foundation Projects

The City of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville undertook construction of a new multi-sport complex at Marie-Victorin Park to meet growing community demand for modern recreational facilities. 

The City of Mirabel undertook the Habitations de la Gare project as part of a municipal initiative to deliver social and affordable housing. The project includes the construction of multi residential concrete structures designed to support long term occupancy and community use. 

The Ville de Brossard undertook the replacement of the outdoor swimming pool and service building at Vanier Park as part of ongoing investments in public recreational infrastructure. 

The City of Ottawa undertook Gladstone Village Phase 1 as part of a large scale urban residential development. The project includes reinforced concrete structures supporting multi residential buildings, including apartments and condominiums designed for long term occupancy. 

The City of Montréal undertook construction of the Bassin-à-Bois Park Pavilion as part of the redevelopment of Parc du Bassin-à-Bois and Place des Arrimeurs along the Lachine Canal. 

The Tammisairaala Hospital project involved constructing below-grade facilities in an area with high groundwater pressure. The engineering requirement was to waterproof the foundations and walls to prevent seepage and maintain a durable hospital infrastructure. 

The Atlas extension of the National Museum of Finland required durable waterproofing for underground and pressurized walls exposed to high water pressure. The challenge was to prevent leakage and preserve the structural integrity of the new extension. 

A private residential basement in Arlington, Texas experienced ongoing water intrusion after construction. The foundation walls had been initially waterproofed using injection methods and a surface applied crystalline system. 

The University of Wyoming is constructing a new 44,300 square foot aquatic center to support NCAA athletics, campus recreation, and competitive event hosting. The facility includes a 50-meter, 10 lane competition pool along with diving platforms and associated aquatic support structures designed to meet collegiate performance standards. 

The Mighty Argo Cable Car, also known as the Argo Gondola, is a new aerial gondola system under development in Idaho Springs, Colorado. The project connects the historic Argo Mill and Tunnel site to a mountaintop destination within Virginia Canyon Mountain Park and requires reinforced concrete foundations to support the gondola tower structures and related infrastructure along the mountainous route.
