Xypex Concentrate and Dry-Pac were used extensively to waterproof and protect the concrete of this Hotel. Xypex was applied to foundation floors, roofs, terraces, elevator pits, sunken slabs, manholes, hot water indoor swimming pool, and both underground and above ground drinking water reservoir tanks.
