Xypex is again selected by Bachy Soletanche Vietnam to supply and provide technical support for defective concrete repairs at the diaphragm wall's construction joints and rebar penetrations. The project commenced in April 2016 and is still on-going. Because this site is the former Ba Son Ship Yard right by the Saigon River, the main contractor, Hoa Binh Construction, decides to use Xypex to waterproof the initial 12,000 m² basement for the 6 towers of the 1st Phase.
