21st Century Tower

Dubai This tower is the tallest residential building in the region. Xypex was used to waterproof and protect the underground water tanks.

Al Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone

Dubai Xypex was used in the construction of this 20 million TEU port to waterproof the pile heads, using Xypex Concentrate material.

Apartment Building

Abu Dubai All decks, kitchens and bathrooms were waterproofed and protected with Xypex products.

Centro Hotel, Sharjah Airport

Dubai Waterproofing membranes had originally been specified in the elevator pits for this prestigious hotel. Following extensive worldwide use of Xypex in this application, it was decided to use Xypex Admix C-1000 as a more efficient alternative for the ready-mix concrete, together with Xypex Concentrate for joints and tie-holes. After successful flooding-tests, Xypex was then specified and successfully used in water tanks and reservoirs.

Dubai Metro

Dubai Following deterioration of the concrete in and around the channels drains, it was decided to give further protection through the application of Xypex Concentrate along 3.5 km of the Red and Green Lines.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

Dubai Following the identification of severe cracking in the lower deck of the Welcome Hotel Pavilion Water Feature, Xypex Patch'n Plug and Concentrate were used to repair the cracks and provide waterproofing to the body of concrete, thus avoiding expensive re-working.

London Dairy – Iffco

Dubai Following the ingress of water through the floor slab of this new dairy plant, Xypex Concentrate was successfully applied, completely stopping the water ingress. An epoxy coating was subsequently applied to the floor slab.

Mamzar Centre

Dubai Xypex products were used to waterproof the bathrooms, kitchens and balconies of this multi-use complex with offices, residential apartments, and retail stores.

Traders Hotel

Abu Dhabi, Dubai In this prestigious 301 room hotel, Xypex Concentrate and Patch'n Plug were used to waterproof the rooftop swimming pool.

Zabeel Park

Zabeel, Dubai Zabeel Park is one of the largest parks in Dubai. Xypex products were extensively used to waterproof and protect the water irrigation reservoirs and water features.
