Central Bank Building

Colombo Xypex products were used to waterproof al exterior foundation walls of this bank. Xypex was also used to repair various honeycombed areas before the brush application.

Hakuraa Club – Water Bungalow

Meemu Atoll The concrete beams and soffits of 70 water bungalows and 370 concrete piers were waterproofed and protected with Xypex Concentrate and Modified.

Premier Pacific Pinnacle

Colombo Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was added to the concrete mix to waterproof the basements in this mixed development project.
