    The construction schedule required a permanent waterproofing solution that could be integrated directly into the concrete without adding complexity or additional installation stages. The project demanded reliable protection of below grade and structural concrete elements to support durability and long-term performance.

    Xypex Admix C-500 NF crystalline waterproofing admixture was specified and incorporated into the concrete at the time of batching for columns and footings. Xypex crystalline technology reacts with moisture and cement hydration by-products to form insoluble crystals that reduce concrete permeability and provide permanent waterproofing. The integral approach supported construction efficiency while delivering durable, low maintenance protection for residential concrete structures.
