    Developed by Skanska, this project emphasizes sustainability, smart home technologies, and efficient use of energy. The Emil Kolben District project is being developed in multiple stages. The first phases include several buildings such as Alfred, Lilly, Greta, Marie, Jindřich, and Hanus, each named after Emil Kolben's family members. The project offers a variety of apartments, an open garden, and an underground parking.

    Nekap was responsible for the waterproofing of the underground structure, which included the use of 15,000 kg of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF and Manorteq Static Waterbars as part of the waterproofing system, along with waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. Nekap provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
