    Comprising thirteen apartment units, the residence was nominated for the 2024 Czech Architecture Award. In addition, it received the BIG SEE Architecture Award 2025 in the Residential – Housing category, which honors outstanding architectural achievements. For the waterproofing of the underground structure, Xypex Admix C 1000 NF was utilized, ensuring long-lasting protection and durability.
