    The photo illustrates the process of waterproofing a basement intended for use as a shelter. The walls were treated with Xypex Concentrate, a crystallizing coating that penetrates the full thickness of the concrete, reliably sealing cracks and pores. All joints and leaks were sealed with Patch’n’Plug, a fast-acting waterproofing material that provides immediate protection. Given the condition of the existing floor, a new concrete layer was poured with Xypex Admix. This crystalline additive penetrates the concrete, filling all defects and rendering the structure impermeable to water.
